How do I return an item?

To Return An Item That Is Not Opened

You can return the item(s) within 45 days, unopened, and still in saleable condition, we can give you a full refund for the product(s)
To return the item(s), simply send them in a carefully packed box to:

Include your name, phone number, copy of receipt, and the reason you are returning the item. We will take care of this for you within 24 hours of the time it arrives back to us, and we will e-mail you to let you know that we received it. Of course, we can not be responsible for the amount of time that it takes for the item to be delivered back to us, or if the item is lost or broken during shipment to us.

If you ordered the item more than 45 days ago, you can still return the products for a refund if they are in saleable condition, but we will charge a 25% re-stocking fee. We can take care of this for you!
If you ordered more than 60 days ago, we can not accept returns. |

To Return An Item That Is Opened

If you have already opened, used, or partially used a product that you received from us, we can give you an in store credit towards new items in most cases. We can not refund you for opened products.

You can return an opened product as long as you ordered it within the last 20 days. You must return the bottle back to us. We will then give you an in store credit minus the shipping or return shipping fees. We can not accept returns or exchanges on the items that you received resulting from this return of an opened bottle.
